AI Agents

What is an AI Agent?

An AI Agent is a software system that can understand a goal, reason about the required steps, use available tools, and execute actions within defined permissions.

Unlike a chatbot that only replies to messages, an AI Agent plans, retrieves information, calls tools, and acts on your business systems.

What we build

• Autonomous agents that execute multi-step workflows end to end
• Semi-autonomous agents that pause for human approval at key decisions
• Multi-agent systems where specialised agents collaborate on complex tasks
• Agent frameworks with memory, tools, and guardrails

Example workflows

• Support agent: triages tickets, retrieves knowledge, drafts replies, updates the CRM
• Sales agent: qualifies leads, enriches profiles, schedules meetings, updates the pipeline
• Operations agent: processes invoices, matches purchase orders, and flags exceptions

Common use cases

• Customer support automation
• Sales and revenue operations
• Back-office and document processing
• Data extraction and reporting
